Description

Briarfields Hotel is a fully licensed wedding venue with a rustic-chic barn style vibe and views out over Titchwell marsh and Brancaster beach beyond. We have two licensed ceremony rooms so can easily and comfortably accommodate both intimate and large ceremonies. We can also host evening receptions for those having a church ceremony, this again would be exclusive use. We offer exclusive use of our 22 bedroom hotel including lots of snug, cosy areas as well as our airy and spacious dining room which doubles as a ceremony room. We have lots of outdoor spaces including a wild meadow adjoining the hotel, manicured garden with children's play area and our beautiful stone courtyard which is one of many original features of our farm-barn conversion. We don't believe in a package approach to our weddings, instead our in house wedding coordinators will work with you alongside our kitchen team to create a day that fits around your individual tastes and requirements.

An amazing weddingAn amazing wedding
We recently held our wedding at Briarfields and couldn't have had a better experience. From our very first meeting with Rhiannon, where she was nothing but accommodating with a real 'can do' attitude, to the wedding day itself, the service was 5 star! The whole team worked cohesively to ensure that our guests and ourselves were extremely well looked after, the rooms are fabulous and the wedding meal was outstanding! The chef even made us a delicious wedding cake! We would thoroughly recommend Briarfields for a wedding or any celebration! From our very first meeting with you, where you were relaxed and had such a ‘can do’ attitude, where nothing was a problem, to the months leading up to the wedding itself. You always responded positively to our queries and were such a support. The wedding weekend itself was just fabulous. Our room, the welcome, how comfortable you all made us and our guests feel and your organisation. Just wanted to express our deepest gratitude to you and your team when hosting our wedding. From our very first meeting with you, where you were relaxed and had such a ‘can do’ attitude, where nothing was a problem, to the months leading up to the wedding itself. You always responded positively to our queries and were such a support. The wedding weekend itself was just fabulous. The most amazing wedding venue The most amazing wedding venue
From the day we viewed Briarfields, Rhiannon and the gorgeous venue had our hearts. We booked it the next day and never regretted it. Rhiannon was on hand to help at any given time and she put our minds at ease with every big (and little) issue or question we had. The entire staff team were amazing, we were treated like royalty from beginning to end, as were our guests. I honestly can't praise them enough, nothing was too much and they helped at every point they could. The wedding itself was a dream, the team put all of our decorations up and made the place look even more stunning, they told us "don't worry about anything except showing up and getting married" and that's all we had to do. It was a dream. The setting was perfect, next to a wildflower meadow with views of the sea and beautiful countryside all around. The rooms are luxury and we've had SO many positive comments from our guests about them. I honestly can't recommend this place enough, if you want to get married in Norfolk, this is your place. Thank you to all the staff at briarfields but must say special thanks to Rhiannon who was the wedding planner. We all had a fantastic time which was all thanks to your efforts and hard work. One guest with us remarked on the meal as being as good as you would get in any top restaurant and he should know as he eats all around the world in top restaurants. The feel of Briarfields is very relaxed, with friendly staff who couldn't so enough for us, and this is exactly what we were looking for. Despite the three date changes, the team at Briarfields were so accommodating. They also made the day itself completely stress-free. It was just a brilliant day...It was just a brilliant day...
We just wanted to say thank you so much for organising our wedding day. It was just a brilliant day, we had such a lovely time, it really couldn’t have gone any better. We were very lucky with the weather too! The room looked amazing and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Thank you so much for all your help in setting it all up. The staff were brilliant and were completely on top of everything all weekend. We just wanted to say thank you so much for organising our wedding day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best wedding weekend we could have wished for. As soon as we arrived on the Friday night to when we left, the whole stay was faultless. All the rooms were outstanding and the wedding canapes, wedding breakfast and evening food were exceptional. All our guests commented on what an amazing time they had ( I think most wished they could have stayed longer! ) and were blown away by the standard of everything. We decided to get married at briarfields due to the beautiful scenery and the relaxed feel about briarfields. Sarah was a dream. From our first viewing to the special day she gave us her full attention. She guided us through how the day would work, any requests we had she did with no questions asked. The team on the day were exceptional and helped to make our vision a reality. I can’t thank them all enough for making our day stress free and so beautiful. All our guests commented on how great the food tasted and how beautiful the venue and surroundings are.
