Our wedding very nearly didn’t go ahead due to illness but the team stuck with us to help us every inch of the way. At times we didn’t know if we would make it and the care, compassion and help the team gave us is surely recommendable. The office staff on duty sprang into action when we had some issues and in no time had got us back on track for what turned out to be a wonderful day. A million Thanks to Lois, Demi and all the team at Branston xWe can’t recommend this venue enough. The only issue we had was lack of communication to us in the moment when they changed the wedding planner. Sammie (Operations Manager) was great and she managed to sort all of our pending things in couple of days. She provided us with amazing support on the day :) Facilites are great and the prices good. Definitely would recommend as wedding venue.We had our wedding there on 22nd of April 2023. The place was lovely and the food was amazing. The beautiful surroundings in the Secret Garden became the perfect backdrop for their special day. One of the most memorable personal touches I've seen at a wedding was a "love story timeline" displayed as a decorative feature. The couple created a beautifully illustrated timeline that showcased key moments in their relationship—like their first meeting, first date, the proposal, and favourite adventures together. It was placed near the entrance, and guests loved getting to see their journey.
