- NN & M01/02/2025Fantastic time we have experienced at BHP Fantastic time we have experienced at BHPBoth Natalie and I want to express our gratitude to yourself and your staff for the fantastic time we have experienced at BHP since our first visit to arrange our wedding back in April 2024. The wedding coordinators have been nothing short of first class and we could not have wished for a safer pair of hands in Wendy and Neil, who have guided us through our journey. In the lead up to the day as well as on the day, they have been fantastic. Every time we visited, we were greeted as friends and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange or offer advice. All the staff we interacted with on both the day before the service (as we stayed overnight) and the day of the service displayed impeccable manners and service. There are too many people to mention, but all the reception girls (Debbie, Michelle and Ina), along with Joshy, Ben, Drew and Chris in hospitality and Fallon on the wedding day itself, could not have been more welcoming, polite and helpful. With the help of all your staff, our wedding day went without a hitch and we cannot thank you guys enough. There were many compliments from our guests on the Hotel itself, the delicious food served as well as the professionalism of all the staff on the day before and day itself. We can’t wait to come back and stay to enjoy your hospitality once again. The staff were amazing, the food was lovely, everyone was saying what a nice hotel it was... just incredible and everything was thought of! When I saw the teddy bear on our bed I cried (nothing to do with the amount of gin of course! haha!) Pete & I would like to thank all the staff involved in making our wedding day such a perfect day. Emma, you were amazing throughout with dealing with all the date changes due to Coronavirus, your organisational skills were fabulous and we didn’t have to worry about anything as we knew you had it in hand. Even coming in on your Saturday off to meet with us and finalise everything, we cannot thank you enough. On our actual wedding day, Jane was really lovely and looked after us so well whilst we were having our make-up done in the garden room. Ella was amazing, she was so attentive and looked after our needs perfectly; as did the bar staff and the gentleman who did our wedding music during our ceremony (sorry we cannot remember their names, but please pass on our thanks). Even the two ladies on reception were lovely, we believe that it was one of the ladies first day, again, we cannot remember their names but they were so helpful and took a wonderful photo of us all on the steps of Brandshatch Place, they also helped with the taxi that was picking up our parents, one showed the taxi driver to the disabled area so the parents wouldn’t have to use the steps and the other lady took the flowers….so helpful. What was really nice, when the staff finished their shift they came and said goodnight and wished us all well, such a lovely gesture, thank you. The next morning when we arrived for breakfast, the lady who served us (Caroline or Catherine…sorry we tried so hard to remember everyone’s name! Her daughter works on reception) was again, so attentive, my goodness we had a breakfast fit for a king 😊. If we have missed anybody, please accept our apologies. We just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts you made our wedding day absolutely perfect. With love & Best Wishes Dear Emma, I hope this finds you well.
