Both Natalie and I want to express our gratitude to yourself and your staff for the fantastic time we have experienced at BHP since our first visit to arrange our wedding back in April 2024. The wedding coordinators have been nothing short of first class and we could not have wished for a safer pair of hands in Wendy and Neil, who have guided us through our journey. In the lead up to the day as well as on the day, they have been fantastic. Every time we visited, we were greeted as friends and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange or offer advice. All the staff we interacted with on both the day before the service (as we stayed overnight) and the day of the service displayed impeccable manners and service. There are too many people to mention, but all the reception girls (Debbie, Michelle and Ina), along with Joshy, Ben, Drew and Chris in hospitality and Fallon on the wedding day itself, could not have been more welcoming, polite and helpful. With the help of all your staff, our wedding day went without a hitch and we cannot thank you guys enough. There were many compliments from our guests on the Hotel itself, the delicious food served as well as the professionalism of all the staff on the day before and day itself. We can’t wait to come back and stay to enjoy your hospitality once again. We've just got back from our honeymoon... it was hands down the best day of our lives! The staff were amazing, the food was lovely, everyone was saying what a nice hotel it was... just incredible and everything was thought of! When I saw the teddy bear on our bed I cried (nothing to do with the amount of gin of course! haha!) From the moment we had our first meeting with you, you were so accommodating and made us feel so relaxed, we just knew Brands Hatch Place was the venue for us. Over the past 15 months we’ve had many visits to the hotel and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The food and drink was amazing and the service was nothing less than we’ve come to expect. It was all top class. Hi Emma, We tried to see you yesterday, but you were on a zoom call. We just wanted to say thank you for organising such an awesome wedding! It was perfect from beginning to end. A special thanks to Toby, who was just amazing at his job. Also Julie, who looked after us so well on Thursday and Friday morning. The staff at the hotel are wonderful! So polite, friendly and helpful. We couldn't have had a more perfect day. All of our guests were well looked after and we heard so many compliments about the venue. Anyway, thanks again - it has been great working with you and I'm just sad it's all over. We have already planned to come back for our 1 year Anniversary! Dear Emma, I hope this finds you well. Pete & I would like to thank all the staff involved in making our wedding day such a perfect day. Emma, you were amazing throughout with dealing with all the date changes due to Coronavirus, your organisational skills were fabulous and we didn’t have to worry about anything as we knew you had it in hand. Even coming in on your Saturday off to meet with us and finalise everything, we cannot thank you enough. On our actual wedding day, Jane was really lovely and looked after us so well whilst we were having our make-up done in the garden room. Ella was amazing, she was so attentive and looked after our needs perfectly; as did the bar staff and the gentleman who did our wedding music during our ceremony (sorry we cannot remember their names, but please pass on our thanks). Even the two ladies on reception were lovely, we believe that it was one of the ladies first day, again, we cannot remember their names but they were so helpful and took a wonderful photo of us all on the steps of Brandshatch Place, they also helped with the taxi that was picking up our parents, one showed the taxi driver to the disabled area so the parents wouldn’t have to use the steps and the other lady took the flowers….so helpful. What was really nice, when the staff finished their shift they came and said goodnight and wished us all well, such a lovely gesture, thank you. The next morning when we arrived for breakfast, the lady who served us (Caroline or Catherine…sorry we tried so hard to remember everyone’s name! Her daughter works on reception) was again, so attentive, my goodness we had a breakfast fit for a king 😊. If we have missed anybody, please accept our apologies. From the M25 Leave at junction 3 (signposted Brands Hatch Race Circuit) onto the A20 to Maidstone. Turn left following signs to the Brands Hatch Paddock entrance. Then follow the signs to Fawkham Green, take the second left and go under the bridge and Brandshatch Place is the second turning on the right. From Dover Go onto the M20 to London and leave at junction 3 onto the M26 to junction 2a, go onto the A20 towards the Brands Hatch Racing Circuit. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

The best weddings we have are when couples take the venue as 'exclusive use'. They really make the hotel their home for the duration of their event and use the canvas as their own, turning the venue into something so unique and beautiful. One particular wedding dressed both the front veranda and terrace courtyard steps with beautiful flowers, candles and fairy lights. In the evening it looked stunning.

It depends on the time of the year. We have the popular Boardroom bay window as an indoor spot and the front lawn as an outdoor spot.

We regard all of our couples as celebrities and do our best to make them feel as though they are on their day.

Caramelized onion and goat's cheese crostini

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

It’s got to be bacon baps! These go down a treat after a few drinks and few hours of throwing shapes on the dancefloor.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Georgian mansion house still has many of the original features which add a touch of elegance to the contemporary interiors. Plus, our location in the Kentish countryside means our surrounding grounds are beautiful in every season so there is plenty to discover both inside and out!
