Blaithwaite features four unique licensed spaces for your ceremony or vow renewal, each with its own special charm:

• The Barn: A stunning sandstone threshing barn with exposed beams, perfect for a rustic atmosphere and up to 140 guests.
• The Drawing Room: Located in the elegant Mansion House, this intimate space welcomes 2 to 60 guests and showcases original period details.
• The Conservatory: A bright, south-facing room overlooking orchard gardens, seating up to 90 guests in a light-filled setting.
• Mary-Jane’s Summer House: A charming Victorian summer house on a small island in the formal gardens, ideal for a unique outdoor ceremony.

For your reception, the Old Threshing Barn can host up to 130 guests for a seated meal and 200 for an evening party. If you’re planning a larger celebration, the estate offers spacious grounds perfect for marquee or tipi weddings, accommodating up to 400 guests.
