Accommodating up to 100 guests, our ceremony room is filled with character and charm. With beautiful oak beams and a stunning fireplace, this room has romance and character in every corner. The Oak Room seats up to 160 guests and has its own entrance, toilets and dance floor. It’s hard to imagine a more enchanting setting for your perfect day. We will provide you with overnight accommodation; our gift to you for your first night as a married couple. With options to upgrade to one of our stunning four poster suites. For your guests needing accommodation on the night can enjoy the comfort of one of our 39 bedrooms at specially discounted rates.

Best Day!Best Day!
I don't know where to start for this incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams on June 28, 2025, in Rose and Crown, here in Salisbury. Everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was easy, as Maisie, the hotel's wedding coordinator, made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. She is easy to work with, always available, always makes time for our queries and is happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Maisie and the team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from setting up the decorations to coordinating with our vendors seamlessly. The food was delicious. Our guests (47 during the ceremony, an additional 10 for the evening reception) all complimented the food from the canapes during the cocktail hour, the wedding breakfast food, and the evening reception. The bar service was fast as well. From the start of the ceremony until the end of the day, the staff were excellent and kind to everyone. Up until now, our family and friends still raved about how incredible everything was, saying it was the best wedding they have attended. I cannot recommend this venue and all of its staff enough. Absolutely fantastic from the start of our wedding to the end, Sue is just amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Communication is fabulous and no question is stupid. Sue made the planning of our wedding so easy, we were able to talk through options, Sue gave advice but always kept in mind what our vision was. The venue is beautiful and amazing value. Would totally recommend attending the open days. The Rose and Crown is a perfect venue for a beautiful wedding.Absolutely fantastic from the start of our wedding to the end, Sue is just amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We cannot recommend The Rose & Crown highly enough for a wedding! The planning was so easy and they were so happy to accommodate everything we wanted, the food, timings, decorations, music, everything! And the price compared to other venues was outstanding. The professionalism of the staff on the day was incredible. Everything ran so smoothly and all our of guests commented on how polite, friendly and accommodating the staff were. We truly could not have asked for a better day. We cannot recommend The Rose & Crown highly enough for a wedding! We booked our Twilight with only 4 months to prepare. Our day was perfect it couldn’t have gone any better. The hotel looked beautiful and Sian was so helpful, the Buffet was amazing and all of our guests said how tasty the food was!!! The hotel rooms were lovely and clean.
