- LLinda & Stuart06/04/2019Absolutely over the moon with our wedding!Absolutely over the moon with our wedding!I would like to thank you for everything you did for me throughout my wedding planning and also my time at the pinewood, Yourself Vicky, Karen and every member of staff on shift the day before and the day of the wedding bent over backwards and nothing was to much trouble, I certainly did feel like a priority, the kindness ,attention and every detail made our wedding the wedding of the year! Everyone who attended commented on the service and the staff ensuring everything was perfect , I really can't thank you all enough. I would like to thank you for everything you did for me throughout my wedding planning and also my time at the pinewood, Yourself Vicky, Karen and every member of staff on shift the day before and the day of the wedding bent over backwards and nothing was to much trouble, I certainly did feel like a priority, the kindness ,attention and every detail made our wedding the wedding of the year! Cathy and Christine in the run up to it. Really accommodating on Friday so we could bring all our venue decorations down and set up on Friday night, Karen made sure She knew everything she needed to know to pass all the information on regarding the dressing of the venue. Then Vicky and rich and there teams on the day. They took such attention to detail, making sure they knew how I wanted everything set up, happily moving it all around for us for the breakfast and the evening do. Vicky was amazing on the day making sure we were happy with the rooms before all the guests were allowed in. Everything looked amazing, it was all perfect every single time. No ask was ever too big, they made us both feel so very welcome. The food was amazing, the dj was fantastic. The venue and the gardens are beautiful. I couldn’t recommend the Pinewood for a wedding enough. Thanks guys you made are day go perfectly. We have had so many lovely comments about our wedding. So thankyou for all your help. The housekeeping staff were also amazing finding some lost items and making sure they got back to us ASAP... mainly the wedding certificate my dad lost. Thankyou everyone! We booked our wedding 2 years ago, Christine took over being our coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for more from her. Nothing was too much trouble, she was always there Quickly responding to any queries we had no matter how big or small. She was fantastic when I asked her and the staff at pinewood to keep a huge secret...... a surprise for my husband to be... an owl flying the rings down the aisle. Everyone met it to themselves and shared my excitement, Michael didn’t know a thing until the moment the owl flew in. They were also very accommodating with a singer waiter we arranged as a surprise for the guests and they helped with all the suppliers to ensure everything was set up in a timely manner. The room looked amazing, so much better than an imagined to to look. The staff in the day were outstanding. In the morning they looked after myself and my bridal party, serving breakfast in the room, making sure we all had drinks and keeping us updated to know that everything downstairs was running smoothly. The day went perfect, I couldn’t have wished for a better day and I have all the staff to thank for that. There’s not one bad thing I can say, it was just simply perfect. I would highly recommend the pinewood hotel to anyone Planning their wedding . We would do it all again tomorrow if we could.
