Thanks for considering The Belmont for your special day. Come and have a chat with me and let me help take the pressure off so you can enjoy the planning of the best day of your life! I have always dreamed of having a wedding day ever since a young girl. I started off working at a wedding venue and I fell in love with the whole aspect of the day, from setting up and making everything look perfect to seeing the couple have their first dance.

Nothing was an issue when planning our wedding and Sian was absolutely wonderful. She was quick to respond to all my questions and queries and myself and my other half, both felt so comfortable with her, as if we were talking to a friend. On the day, the team was incredible. Attentive, friendly, with nothing ever being an issue. Lovely food and atmosphere! We didn't want our day to end. We wish we could have stayed in our room for longer - the bedroom was beautiful, unique and clean. We highly recommend The Belmont for anyone wanting to go, whether it be for breakfast, a special occasion or for their own wedding. Our friends and family really loved it too and made a lot of lovely comments about the hotel. Thank you so so much - words cannot explain what you all did for us on our special day. Sian guided us through all the planning and the day and Moany was fabulous at organising and making sure everything ran smoothly. Even had my Hen party here too. Our wedding celebrations started from our booking in on the Friday night all through the wedding day and onto breakfast on the Sunday morning.We had our whole wedding here. Smoked salmon blinis with dill and lemon.... so refreshing and light!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Bacon roll with lots of ketchup, perfect for midnight munchies!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
We have a dog hiding on the 1st floor called Rupert.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our team! We are a strong, thriving team at the hotel and we have had staff members that have stuck around and still working with us 31 years on!
