We honestly don’t feel we could have been provided with a better, more professional service from you and your team. The whole thing went like clockwork, every single thing and detail we asked for specifically was done quietly in the background. Nothing was too much trouble. Anything we thought of on the day was instantly made to happen. Dan was amazing. All my fussy details from the volume of each piece of music, the timing and then demanding pens at the last minute were executed to perfection. He was patient, extremely polite and everything was done with a positive, can-do and very friendly attitude. We really appreciated his competence. We felt in safe hands the whole way through. The food was delicious and looked amazing. Everyone said how fantastic the staff were. And then to top it all off, you cleared up all our mess, foliage etc and all we had to do was carry boxes to our cars! What an amazing experience we all had and it was thanks to you and your team. We are very much obliged to you for making our day so wonderful, relaxed and stress-free. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for making our wedding day so special. The venue is very impressive with plenty of spots for taking fantastic photos, no matter the weather. All of our guests were made to feel welcome were looked after by the professional staff. The food was one of the highlights for us, Aaron suggested an impressive vegetarian menu and everybody loved the meal. Drinks were very reasonable and there is a well stocked bar. We would definitely recommend this venue if you are looking for the wow factor at a budget, and for complete peace of mind as everything was taken care of from start to finish. As a child, I always imagined that I would get married in a castle when I grew up… Battle Abbey truly was the castle of my dreams. The Abbot’s Hall was the most traditional, stunning yet unique room for our ceremony. The large painting above us made everything that little bit more spectacular. The staff at Battle Abbey are incredible! Nothing was ever too much to ask and they all made the process from our initial wedding enquiry to the day of the wedding smooth and hassle-free. Our favourite meals were even added on to their already extensive list of meal choices with no problems. All of our guests commented on how delicious their three-course meal was! Battle Abbey’s grounds are just simply gorgeous. We had some truly stunning photographs taken throughout our day and will treasure them forever. I highly recommend Battle Abbey as a wedding venue! The school and grounds are beautiful and surpassed all our expectations, but it was Aaron, Lottie and their wonderful serving students that made the day memorable. They all worked tirelessly to make Kirsty and Ben’s wedding day so special. The canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet were all equal to any fine dining restaurant we have visited. The students were polite, helpful and extremely professional, an absolute credit to Battle Abbey school, but especially to the hospitality department. Our newly weds have returned to Australia but their memories of a truly magical wedding will stay with them and us forever.
