Whatever your dreams might be, our dedicated and experienced event producers will ensure that it is planned with the greatest care and hosted with love. Our unique selling point is that we can accommodate up to 60 people staying on site in an exclusive setting – you can make your celebration something so much more than those few hours of a party!
Our Wedding Barn is licensed for civic wedding and partnership ceremonies and can seat up to 120 people. It can be decorated to your tastes and filled with flowers. The wedding celebration can move from there to a number of beautiful locations around the site – down to the beach bar, on top of the cliffs, on the lawns or in a hired circus tent. Dream on !
For the meal and party you can hire additional structures such as yurts, tee-pees or marquees. Please see our recommended suppliers list.
Bach Wen is owned and run by a group of friends: feasting, celebration and the food we eat at these special times is a very important part of the ethos of Bach Wen. We are committed to sourcing delicious and nutritious ingredients from the locality of North West Wales and the Llyn Peninsula and working with local suppliers and producers wherever possible. Some of these suppliers will produce organically; some will farm following permaculture philosophy; some may be prize winning retailers; some may grow some of the tastiest vegetables you’ve ever eaten.

The stunning site was a beautiful back-drop that really showed off the beauty of North Wales - the beach, the fields, and the mountains. The Bach Wen team worked with us on all aspects of our weekend including accommodating our many outside vendors. Their team also provided a professional bar service, keeping up with my very thirsty guests! Bill went above and beyond to support myself and my family throughout the entire weekend. He was always around making sure we had everything we needed (and more!), and was truly committed to ensuring we had the wedding of our dreams. Our US guests loved the on-site accommodation, and we all appreciated having the entire site to explore - our littler guests spent a lot of time foraging for shells and other treasures on the beach. The location was perfect; just what we wanted with beautiful scenery and the sun shone all day. Stayed in one of the holiday homes The Granary. We'll equipped and clean. Lovely food all weekend and staff were great especially Gavin on Sunday evening. Nothing was too much trouble. There is another secluded and discrete site for a few tents in a wooded glade 30m away. I believe the owners are a collective and most of their business comes through renting cottage accommodation on a farm site, which is far enough away from the camping field that it does not feel intrusive. The location is stunning, just go to the website for photos.
