Aswanley Wedding Venue

Finally back down to earth to type this email... what an absolutely brilliant weekend we have had and the most amazing day on Friday. We really cannot thank you all enough. 💕 Everything from the prep, decor, cleanliness, outside area, drinks, bar staff, location, friendliness and you all making it as easy as it was is something we will remember forever. Aswanley really is the most beautiful setting for a wedding and you couldn't have made it for of a breeze for us. I will recommend it to anyone and everyone. Everyone had an amazing time and I hope we weren't too bad a bunch. 🙂 Claire, you are an amazing co-ordinator, and it would not have been what it was without the support and help you gave me especially over this last month. Once again we just can't thank you all enough - Love from the new Mr & Mrs Gordon! 🥂

Wow what can we say, the most beautiful venue in the most stunning surroundings with the most helpful and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble during the planning process or on the day and I'm so grateful to the girls at Aswanley for playing their part in our special day whilst still allowing us the freedom to plan it exactly how we wanted. It was absolutely everything we could've hoped for, and more. It really did feel like our home for the day and the atmosphere felt by everyone was relaxed, welcoming, fun and full of love. Would recommend Aswanley as a wedding venue for anyone starting their wedding planning journey!

Aswanley were amazing from start to finish. The venue is absolutely stunning and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect, both before and during the wedding day. They were always more than happy to respond to all the questions I had and everybody on the day said how amazing they all were. The venue itself is perfect from the huge space inside to the lovely outdoor area. The surrounding area is also perfect for pictures. We truly had the most perfect day and would recommend Aswanley to anybody looking to get married.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for the best day ever. The entire day ran so smoothly and was better than we ever imagined. Everyone warns you things can and will go wrong on your big day, As far as we are both aware nothing went wrong and everything totally exceeded our expectations. The venue is just absolutely beautiful and everyone keeps saying how they’ve never been anywhere like it and that it’s the BEST venue they’ve been to. We are so glad we booked here even though it meant travelling for everyone, it was more than worth it. Your staff are incredible, so warm and welcoming and of course up for a good laugh with the guests. Everyone was so lovely and helpful and we couldn’t fault a single thing. We are still not over the big day and want to do it all over again. It was the best day ever and our guests are even saying the same thing, the best wedding they’ve been to and some of them are married themselves! Clatterin Brig is absolutely beautiful and was the most gorgeous place to get ready the morning of the wedding and also to unwind after the big day. We are already trying to think of times we can book again to enjoy it! We will definitely be back. We loved the whole weekend and are so grateful with how everything went so well and yous all played such a big part in this.

To everyone at Aswanley - We just want to say a HUGE thank you for playing such an important and special part of our day. The venue is everything we could ask for and more. We were so well looked after by every member of staff we spoke to, nothing - even my constant bombardment of emails - were too much trouble. From the initial viewing, right on through to our wedding day we felt so well looked after! Thank you for everything, K & C xx

I have to pass on the biggest thanks to you and the team from not only Brian and I, but all our guests and families/bridal party. Aswanley as a venue, was nothing short of perfect, and the service all day was absolutely first class. Guests are still talking about how beautiful the place was and how the staff looked after everyone so well. It really isn't an exaggeration to say it was the best day of our lives and you all did us so proud. We will be forever grateful and hope we can be up to visit the cottages soon again. Please pass a very special thank you to the lovely member or staff who kindly let me use her straighteners. It meant the world to be taken care of so well and made to feel so special for the day. A big thank you to all those that assisted with our wedding on Saturday - from the very start of the planning process right until the very end, you've all been fab. Guests absolutely loved the venue and staff there :)

Just a quick message to say a thank you to yourself and the rest of the team at Aswanley for our wedding at the weekend. The day went even better than expected and the venue was great. We had plenty of compliments on how beautiful the venue was in general.

My wife and I got married at Aswanley in May. It is such a stunning location, with amazing views across the Scottish hills. This venue is a brilliant size, 3 big rooms to accommodate the ceremony, reception, dinner and dancing. Plenty of space for a ceilidh. The bar is very well priced, the staff even made cocktails on request! The staff are amazing efficient and friendly, especially Lauren who helped us with organising and running things on the day. Nothing we asked of her was too much and she was so calm! It made it even more of a special day for us, the brides, and for our family and friends. We had lots of friends who hadn't been to Scotland before and they were really impressed with the location and scenery. Aswanley does Scotland proud! Thank you so much for everything! Julia and Anna
