Ashton Lodge Country House

We got Married here on 23rd July 2024 We had the most amazing day and memories that we will cherish forever. Ashton Lodge Country House is a beautiful venue the scenery is beautiful. The staff here are so welcoming and accommodating. Rebecca who we met when we first looked around last year is the most genuine person we have ever met so down to earth we had mia in our wedding meetings she is so lovely. We had Rebecca on our wedding day and she was amazing nothing we ever asked was too much trouble for her. She was there right from when I got there to get ready to end the night. She got my evening shoes and put them on for me as my shoes was hurting very much. She made sure our desserts was left so we could eat them as we went and took couple photos. It was a pleasure to have Rebecca with us on our special day and we are going to miss her. We can't wait to come back to ALCH in the future. All of our guests complemented how stunning the venue is and how amazing the food was. The food was exceptional and beautifully layed out. Thank you so much. Adele & Jason Naylor

Wow I honestly don’t know where to start! From the moment we first ever stepped foot into Ashton Lodge we knew this was the place we wanted to get married The most stunning venue from the very moment you drive up it’s winding driveway The large garden surrounded by countryside makes you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere however its location is really moments away from civilisation and so easy to find. So many beautiful spots throughout the grounds for photos (we are still awaiting for our professional photos to come back but are so excited to see them) The country house oozes in class with a modern twist. The decor is beautiful and we personally didn’t feel the need to really add much to it other than some personal touches. We used Ashton Lodges own centre pieces for the tables which were beautiful. We personally wanted a venue that had everything we needed in one place and Ashton Lodge certainly ticked all those boxes; The dressing room was calming and a perfect space for myself and my bridal party to relax and enjoy getting ready on the morning together. I would definitely recommend the breakfast platter, the fresh pastries and fruit was a lovely touch. It’s stunning ceremony room is so bright and fresh The lounge bar area is cozy but ample size The marquee is airy and spacious but still allows for a more intimate feel All the bedrooms are spacious each with their own bathroom making guests stay very comfortable The food was just out of this world, all our guests raved about how fresh, delicious and generous the portions were! And finally the staff… Karen looked after us on the final planning of our wedding and also on our big day and she went above and beyond to ensure that everything went the way we had wanted, being attentive to us as bride and groom ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the day. All the waiting staff and bar staff were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout the day and night. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious and all of our decor etc was tidily packed and ready for us to take away. We honestly would recommend Ashton Lodge to absolutely anyone looking for a perfect wedding venue. We had the most relaxed and memorable day that us and our guests just can’t stop talking about! Ashton Lodge was the first wedding venue we viewed, and we fell in love with it (and it was a dark, rainy day!). The staff were very helpful from start to finish. The food was lovely - lots of our guests commented on how nice the food was. We were lucky to be blessed with sunshine on our wedding day, which meant we could make full use of the beautiful grounds at Ashton Lodge. However, we knew that if it did rain, Ashton Lodge had the facilities to cater for everybody inside too...

100% recommend Ashton Lodge! We had our wedding here on 6.8.23 and it was the most perfect day ever! The venue was terrific, everything was thought out and attention to detail was excellent. The staff were phenomenal and the reason everything went smoothly. Also, the food tasted fantastic and our guests couldn't stop raving about the venue, food and staff. We wouldn't change a thing and would definitely use the venue again :D

I would highly recommend Ashton Lodge Country House it was everything we dreamed of & exceeded all our expectations. Our wedding was 6th May 2023 & from the very first viewing with Karen we loved the venue & we both agreed it was the right venue for us. The planning leading up to the day was brilliant & all our questions were always answered. We loved the menu tasting experience & to meet other couples getting married too...

We had our wedding here on the 2nd September and it really was the best day of our lives. From the moment we booked the venue 2 years before we always felt at ease by the support we received from various members of staff at Ashton Lodge and they instantly took the pressure off us. On the big day Mia was the event manager and we really cannot thank her enough. She made the whole day run smoothly and was always at hand for any questions that we had...

This was a very special day at Fantastic venue and amazing staff. We could not have wished for more at an amazing place. Ashton lodge is of a very high standard in all the rooms as well as the venues. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We must thank the team who looked after us for months before the wedding and the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel on top of the world. Just attended my brother wedding here, the venue is unbelievably gorgeous. Staff went above and beyond to help all guests and meet the needs of everyone. Rooms were stunning and beds were a dream. Then waking up to a womder Vue of the country side was a little bit of heaven.

We finally had our wedding at Ashton Lodge earlier this week after 2 lockdown postponements and it was everything we had hoped for and more! The venue is stunning inside and out and much improved since we first viewed it over 3 years ago. Our day was perfect and we were guided step by step through everything by Mel Rebecca and Claire. All of the staff were amazing and so attentive. The food on the day was just beautiful. The accommodation and breakfast next morning were also fantastic. All of our guests were so impressed and a great time was had by all. This was a particularly busy week for the venue but the transition between events was seamless and so well managed. I would highly recommend Ashton Lodge to any couples considering an exclusive country venue for their wedding. It has it all. Thank you so much to all concerned.
