When it comes to Weddings, our philosophy is simple; all our weddings are tailor made to suit your individual requirements. No two weddings are the same at the 4* AlonA Hotel
We have a unique range of rooms and facilities which allows us to cater for the small intimate weddings ranging from 40 people up to 300 people in our bespoke Marquee Banqueting Suite.
The exquisite Banqueting Suite with a grand centre piece dance floor can be appropriately themed and decorated providing the perfect backdrop for your wedding photography. Our top chefs can create a menu of your choice and we also have a range of suggestions.
We have a range of Wedding Packages for 2025 in the Banqueting Suite which includes 50 day guests and up to 200 evening guests for £5395 or 75 day guests and up to 200 evening guests for £6895 or 100 day guests and up to 200 evening guests for £8695.
For the smaller bespoke weddings we structure a cost that reflects your individual requirements including the size of room facility chosen, number of guests in attendance and meal options.
To complete our wedding services we offer a contemporary and romantic bridal suite for the happy newlyweds.
Prices are available for 2026 and 2027 upon request.

The planning was great and Sinead was on hand with any questions we had, all the planning was made so easy. It was such a special day that I wish we could do again. The meal was absolutely stunning with all guests commenting how amazing it was with someone saying was best meal they have ever had at a wedding. Top marks to the chef and all staff. Also thanks to gordan for keeping everything running smoothly on the day. Arriving on the Friday with family from all over the country we were met by impeccable service. 24 of us enjoyed a beautiful meal and were looked after from the moment we set foot in the hotel. Feeding 120 day guests was no easy task but every guest commented on how beautiful the meal was. As the bride and groom we had no worries at all as our day was seamless thanks to Sinnead and her amazing team. How can we chose just one wedding! all our weddings have been different and completely tailored to the couples needs and I would say that is the best thing that each wedding can stand alone.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
My number 1 planning tip is to be organised and know exactly what they are wanting for their wedding so we as Coordinators can do our best to help them every step of the way.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
my favourite personal touch at a wedding was the Couple's dogs walking down the aisle with their little suits on and watching on as the Couple walked down the aisle.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The best place for photos I would suggest over looking the loch from the front doors or even on the carousel within the theme park, this is something couples love as it is something different!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have had many Scottish Celebrities stay within the hotel such as Frankie Boyle, Martin Compston, Robbie Coltrane as well as hosting the Motherwell FC Player of the Year!
What’s your favourite canapé?
My favourite canapé would have to be the Haggis BonBons! A little taste of Scotland.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
My Midnight treat would have to be pizza!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our venue is unique due to it being next to the Theme Park, this means we are able to incorporate some aspects of the Theme park into Couple's weddings if they would like. Such as photos on the Carousel, within the arcades, at the bowling alley and even on some Theme Park Rides!!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We as a business are most proud of the happiness we can give Couples on their big day. As well as take away any stresses that may come as the big day is approaching. Our team is dedicated to making the Couple's Day special in every way possible.
