Our time at AH was amazing and Chris was wonderful on the day of- please do extend our thanks to him and all of the event staff for their support. Thank you specifically for for all of your help in the lead up to the wedding, we absolutely loved it and it all went without a hitch. Hannah & AnandHi Jen!! - RRyan T09/09/2024A disaster - avoid at all costs!A disaster - avoid at all costs!We had our wedding here, however the weekend was a huge disappointment as someone gained access to our family members’ room and broke into a locked case stealing a large amount of money. The staff had no empathy and did not seem to care when they were informed of this. The police were called after and the investigation is ongoing. We were informed that other people’s keycards can sometimes access other rooms which is highly worrying, so this hotel is not a safe place for guests. There were some other mishaps on our wedding day. There were extra rooms charged to us due to bookings we did not ourselves make. Also, some of the wedding items were not delivered and we had to make do without. Do not consider booking your wedding or any other event here. It is a beautiful location, however many of the staff clearly do not care. The next morning, their room got broke into, and luggage lock was broken, and a total value of £400 cash was stolen. We immediately reported this to the hotel reception, but their nonchalant and cold attitude was absolutely appalling and rude. We were concerned and scared, but the hotel reception and management remained unbothered and uncaring. We asked to review the CCTV but had to wait for hours to even get any update. Everything at the hotel was just perfect. Our guests all said what a beautiful location it was. We were so lucky with the weather as it just showed the hotel off beautifully.
