What is your most memorable wedding?
When the bridal party was one hour late as the bride's dress split! The seamstress had to be called out. We called the groom waiting at the church to advise him and he said not to worry as he was watching all the comings and goings over his RING doorbell. When we eventually got to the Church we said to the bride, 'Look you are so late now another five minutes won't matter' and made sure she was calm before getting her out of the car!

Describe your typical process with a couple.
When we first receive an enquiry we like to engage using WhatsApp messages or a call to ensure that we fully understand what is needed so we can provide an accurate quotation. If circumstances allow we then prefer that customers come and visit out transport hub to inspect the vehicles. This way they understand their qualities and what is right for them plus the full service offered. If a visit is not possible then we can use a video call instead.
