What is your most memorable wedding?
Oh there's so many! Westminster Abbey was pretty grand, an Indian wedding at Kew was absolutely beautiful. My favourite was for a terminally ill groom, the loveliest and funniest guy ever, I took the couple on an hours road trip to the wedding venue with their kids. The bride got drunk and was singing. The best day ever!

What about your business are you most proud of?
That I was able to start it up all on my own, after being seriously ill and bedridden 2 years beforehand after a head injury. Anything is possible.
What is your dream car and why?
The one I own! I've owned my camper since I was 19 (in 1997). We've been through everything together. I restored it from a rusty wreck.
