Describe your typical process with a couple.
As soon as we receive an enquiry we respond with a quote & with details of the service we provide. We aim to reply to enquiries within a few hours of receiving them. We invite couples to view the cars at our home address as we find this helps them to decide which car is most suitable for them. If they wish to book we ask for £100 to reserve the car & the balance is then due one month prior to the day. Couples are asked to complete a booking form & we send them confirmation as soon as we have received it. We try to keep the booking process as straightforward as possible.
