I found love bug late In the day before our wedding as my original transport arrangement changed. Maxine was fantastic, making everything so easy and making sure she knew exactly what we wanted so Hettie was a special part of our day. The driver was very professional and provided myself and my dad with some complimentary bubbles! The customer service was amazing from the first contact to the wedding day! Maxine and Paul made what could have been a bit of a stressful situation into a breeze and in hindsight, I am so glad everything happened the way it did as the beautiful Bug was perfect! We absolutely adore Hettie! She was perfect for our wedding day, understated but classic 😊 It was really reassuring to know a test run had been done before the big day as we were staying on a tiny one-way street! Pick up and drop off was seamless; we had one trip for bridesmaids and another for my dad and myself. Couldn't recommend Hettie enough, thank you for being a part of our day 😊

Highly efficient, communicated well, popped a postcard through our door the days before saying how much they were looking forward to transporting the groom, his bestman and usher. Highly recommend. Thank you. Car looked good and a nice basket of non alcoholic beverages.
