Describe your typical process with a couple.
We will find out from the couple exactly what service they would like. Including where the car is to pick up from; where the ceremony and reception will be; any other stops and how many passengers. And of course very importantly, what time the ceremony is to be. We will then let the couple know the total price and exactly what is included in the price. If they are happy with what we offer, we will take a 20% deposit to secure the booking. A couple of weeks before the wedding we will check all the details with the bride and groom, and they will pay the balance. The bride and groom are welcome to come and have a look at our cars at an agreed time.
