Unfortunately I cannot comment on their actual service as we couldn’t get that far. What I can say is they customer approach is very rude and completely unaccommodating. Whilst enquiring to hire for a wedding that admittedly is slightly unusual their response was rude abrupt and dismissive. How a company can operate in the wedding market without being accommodating even if that means pricing for the specific event I will not know. Especially when they advertise that they tailor their services
