What is your most memorable wedding?
My own wedding in September 2016! I spent months designing and creating all of my own wedding stationery and signages, it was the first time I had attempted anything like that. It was one of the best parts of my wedding. So many of our wedding guests commented on the stationery and and asked why I was not doing that as a career then. The biggest compliment is that every single guest took home their place cards, which I had handwritten in modern calligraphy on wood slices, and that most of them have kept it until this day.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Minimalist, clean and simple.
What about your business are you most proud of?
That something I make can be a part of someone else's special day, that's such a great feeling.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be organised and try not to leave things until the last minute.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
Definitely a Welcome Sign. It welcomes all of your guests to your special day, and is the only piece of stationery that has both the bride and groom's names on. It really just sets up the tone for the day.
