Describe your typical process with a couple.
After a couple gets in touch about my services, I like to establish their vision. A security deposit is taken if they wish to proceed, then I will design and make up their products to send a proof over to the couple to make sure they're happy. Full payment is then taken, and the designing commences, delivery is within 14 working days.
