Hi, I'm Charlotte, a calligrapher, illustrator and wedding stationer based in Purley, South London. I specialise in creating bespoke wedding signage, stationery and illustrations that are designed to tell your unique love story and bring your wedding vision to life.
From hand-lettered welcome signs and table plans to beautifully designed invitations, place cards and menus, every piece is thoughtfully created to reflect your style, personality and the details that make your day special. I also offer bespoke venue illustrations, wedding crest designs, maps and custom artwork to add an extra personal touch to your stationery and signage.
I work with a wide range of materials, including acrylic, wood, fabric and chalkboards, with all designs fully customised to complement your wedding theme and aesthetic. Whether you're planning a timeless, modern, colourful or completely unique celebration, I'll work closely with you to create meaningful details that your guests will remember.

What is your most memorable wedding?
I think all weddings are memorable in their own way; each one is unique and that's the beauty of them!

I have recently taken my business full-time to dedicate more time to it, and I am pretty proud of that!
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The day is all about you and your partner, make it personal to you! And remember - it's your day, your way. So forget what Auntie Karen wants, do what you want!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Am I allowed to say a personal touch from my own wedding? I had mine and my Husband's initials embroidered onto my veil and I will treasure it forever.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Please make an enquiry on my website as soon as possible, providing me with your wedding date so I can check my availability. We can then discuss your requirements and wedding day plans and I will send you an estimated quote. A booking fee will be required to confirm your date in my diary.
Then about 3 months before your wedding, I will get back in touch with you to finalise your order.
The payment balance will be due at this stage, and then I will start working on your digital artworks. Once you have approved these I will make your signs and stationery!
Delivery/ collection is usually about 4 weeks before your wedding date, depending on when you have finalised details like the table plan.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
A welcome sign! This is usually one of the first things your guests will see on your special day, and it is a lovely way to welcome them whilst you're busy getting ready! You can be really creative with the wording, I love ones with a personal quote that you and your partner love!
What is your best seller?
My wedding sign packages are super popular, they work out more cost-effective than ordering the items on their own!
What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?
I can send your items direct to your venue if required!
How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
All of my signs and stationery are handmade by me; my signs and place cards are handwritten using my calligraphy, which allows them to be completely bespoke to you. You can have absolutely any wording you like and I love it when you couple's choose personal quotes that are special to their relationship.
