What about your business are you most proud of?
Being a part of the couples wedding planning journey and helping to achieve their dreams of the perfect wedding
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Stay calm, don't rush, do what you want and not what others want!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I organised for a display tree to be set up in the foyer and an Instagram printer to be on hand. Guests could then upload photos which instantly printed two copies, one to take home and one for the tree. By the end of the evening the tree was filled with photos and of the day and guests went home with special momentum photos.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to start my consultations off with a phone call so I am able to discuss and get to know the couple better. I find this is the perfect way to help them plan their dream wedding by having some knowledge of their personalities.
We would then discuss the details of the package you have chosen and continue moving forward with the process and meet up where possible.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
Wedding invitations. I believe these are most important because it is the first glimpse your friends and family see from the wedding - potential theme, colour scheme or design arrangements. It is also important as it includes details for the day, travel essentials and other important information which they may need.
What is your best seller?
I have a unique three month wedding subscription which offers samples of invitations, save the dates, cake toppers and more! This is loved by brides as it allows them to see what it on on the market and also try before they buy and have to commit to purchasing in bulk!
What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?
Personally I feel that really getting to know your couples is the most innovative method. Sometimes people get caught up in the planning they sometimes forget that it is actually for two people instead of 'just another wedding' i personally like to capture personalities and make sure they are included in the big day.
How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
I like to see the type of couple and go from there. Not all couples want romance included in their stationary and some prefer more elegant, floral, unique or quirky stationary. I truly believe that each couple is different and everything needs to be adapted to them accordingly.
