FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

Creating my first set of wedding stationery for my Sister's gorgeous Wedding in France was a very special and personal favourite.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Contemporary, watercolour, fresh, colourful, non traditional.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am a one-women team, from advertising, consultation and quoting- to the illustrations, print organising and postage, it's me you'll be working with all the way through and I'm proud to get to know each of my couples from start to finish.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Allow enough time to really enjoy the process of choosing and designing your stationery, I advise couples to get in touch around 8 weeks before they want to send out their invites so we have plenty of time to work together. I've got lots of tips for working with a budget too and really getting the most out of your illustrations!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I created some gorgeous save the date bookmarks for a couple who loved literature! I thought it was such a unique touch and a really lovely keep sake for their guests.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After an initial enquiry it all starts with a free consultation, we chat through in more detail your ideas and I have a chance to get to hear more about you and your day. Once you've settled on the ideas for the stationery and the items you like to commission I prepare a quote for you to review and decide if you want to go ahead. Once the quote is confirmed you are booked into my diary and a part payment of 50% is required to secure your booking before I put pen to paper. The stationery begins to take life and through 2 rounds of feedback and amends as well as a hard proof (paper copy) of your stationery to approve, then your stationery is ordered. The final order is checked over thoroughly by me in person and the final invoice is issues and must be paid in full before I post your finished stationery to you. I recommend allowing about 6-8 weeks from consultations to receiving your stationery.

What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?

Whatever is important to you, especially if your on a budget, the thing you should prioritise is the thing that means the most to you. Stationery can add a bit of magic to any part of the day.

What is your best seller?

Stationery featuring a bespoke venue illustration is always popular and for foodies the food or cocktail menus!

How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?

I think the romance of any stationery comes from the personal details. They don't have to be traditionally romantic but those little unique elements that mean something to you and that your friends and family will appreciate.
