Describe your typical process with a couple.
From seeing one of our samples the bride or groom will either email or call us to discuss their requirements. We will then email over the costs along with all relevant documents to complete. Once a deposit has been paid we will email over PDF proofs. At this point any changes can be made. After approval of the proofs and final payment we will post the stationery with a guaranteed date of delivery.
