What is your most memorable wedding?
All the wedding’s I have worked on have been memorable in their own special way, however I would say my most memorable wedding so far is Tamara and Michael's. The lovely couple got married in May 2017 at St James Church Didsbury and held their reception at Great John Street Hotel, Manchester. The reason this was so memorable was the stationery I created for them was completely bespoke. I created them a full suite of stationery from save the dates and invitations right through to order of service and table plan. The couple opted for school themed stationery which worked perfectly with their old school house venue. From exercise book invites and Library card Rsvps to an order of the day themed around a school time table. I loved working on this design from start to finish and the results were fantastic (if I do say so myself!)
What about your business are you most proud of?

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Timing! Get the timings right and you're onto a winner. Try not to leave everything until last minute but equally don't plan too far ahead as your tastes can change over time and so will your requirements.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
As I offer free customisation on all designs, all of the work I create has a personal touch, however, I think my favourite was when the groom contacted me in secret and arranged for me to print some personal message cards for his bride to be to read on the morning of their wedding. The messages were to be read at different times throughout the morning and they were designed to match their wedding stationery.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Even though all my stationery is available to order online I very rarely don’t speak with my couples. Usually the process starts with a cup of tea and a chat at our studio, it then moves on to me quoting for the items required. Once the cost is approved I then move on the first draft of the stationary, whether that be save the dates, invitations or on the day stationery such as order of service, place cards and table plans. A PDF proof is emailed for them to check and amend then following their approval the items are printed and delivered.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
Well that’s simple! The invitation is the most important piece of stationery. The invitation not only sets the tone for your day but it ensures all the people you love are there to share it with you.
What is your best seller?
Our best seller is our foiled invitations. This is a very popular finish at the moment and we are pleased to be able to offer this at a very competitive cost.
