Legends In Ink Full Description

At Legends In Ink, I create striking, bespoke digital artwork and wedding stationery that blends fantasy, elegance, and individuality. Every design is made to capture your story, your style, and your vision — ensuring your wedding feels unforgettable and truly one-of-a-kind.

Wedding Stationery & Signage

Your stationery is the first glimpse your guests will have of your wedding, it sets the tone for the entire day. I design everything from Save the Dates, Invitations, and Thank You Cards to on-the-day details like Menus, Order of Service covers, Place Cards, Table Names, Table Plans, Welcome Boards, and even Wedding Favour Stickers. Each piece is crafted to feel personal, imaginative, and cohesive with your theme, whether that’s classic elegance, gothic romance, or enchanted fairytale.

🎨 Bespoke Artwork & Illustrations

This is where I bring a bold, creative edge to weddings. I offer digital couple portraits (created before or after your wedding day), guest and family portraits, and fantasy-inspired artwork that reimagines you and your guests as mythical characters. From fantasy crests and sigils to illustrated “wedding quest maps,” your artwork becomes a lasting keepsake, something that tells your love story in a way no standard design ever could. I also create anniversary portraits and maps, keeping your story alive well beyond the big day.

👕 Apparel & Keepsakes

Why stop at paper? I design Bride & Groom T-shirts, “Mr” / “Mrs” long sleeve tops, and customisable wedding apparel, perfect for getting-ready outfits, stag and hen parties, or post-wedding keepsakes. Each piece can be tailored to your style, adding a fun and personal touch to your celebrations.

💍 Extra Creative Touches Along the Journey

Your wedding journey deserves just as much magic as the day itself. I design proposal artwork to capture the moment you say “yes,” hen and stag invitations, and keepsake prints such as fantasy adventuring party illustrations of your group. I also offer guest colouring sheets (a big hit with children at weddings!) and custom graphics for wedding websites, tying your theme together across every detail.

🪄 Premium Keepsakes

For couples looking for something truly unforgettable, I create detailed portraits after the wedding day, capturing you together in timeless artwork, whether in an elegant style or reimagined in a bold, fantasy-inspired way. These bespoke keepsakes make for incredible anniversary gifts and heirlooms to treasure for years to come.

✨ What makes Legends in Ink unique? I don’t just create stationery, I create artwork that feels legendary. Whether you dream of a wedding wrapped in timeless elegance, gothic drama, or enchanted fantasy, I’ll bring your vision to life with bold creativity, expert design, and a personal touch.

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

My most memorable wedding has to be my sister-in-law’s. I designed the circular favour stickers for their homemade blackberry gin cordial and blackberry gin, a small detail that made the day feel so personal and unique. It was such a special celebration for me in many ways, as I also had the honour of walking her down the aisle for her legal church ceremony. To be both part of the family moment and contribute creatively made it truly unforgettable.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Bold, Imaginative, Enchanting, Personalised, Timeless

What about your business are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of the artwork itself, the chance to be truly creative and bring each couple’s vision to life. Every design is bespoke, whether it’s elegant stationery, bold signage, or fantasy-inspired illustrations, and knowing that my creativity becomes part of someone’s wedding day is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make your wedding personal to you, it’s your story, so don’t be afraid to add the details, artwork, and touches that feel like ‘you.’ Those are the things your guests will remember most, and they’ll make your day truly unforgettable.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

One of my favourite personal touches I’ve seen at a wedding has to be homemade favours. At my sister-in-law’s wedding, they created bottles of blackberry gin and cordial, and I designed bespoke circular stickers for them. It was such a simple but meaningful detail, something that reflected them perfectly and gave guests a keepsake to remember the day by.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

My process always begins with a relaxed chat to get to know you, your story, and your vision for the wedding. From there, I’ll create initial concepts tailored to your theme, whether that’s elegant, gothic, or fantasy-inspired. We’ll refine the designs together until everything feels just right, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way so the process is stress-free and enjoyable. Once approved, your artwork and stationery are prepared as high-quality digital files or printed pieces, ready to add that unforgettable touch to your big day.

What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?

The invitation is the most important piece of wedding stationery, because it’s the very first glimpse your guests will have of your day. It sets the tone, builds excitement, and gives a sense of the atmosphere you’re creating, whether that’s timeless elegance, bold gothic, or a magical fairytale. A well-designed invitation doesn’t just share information, it tells your story and makes your guests feel part of something unforgettable right from the start.

What is your best seller?

My best sellers are my fantasy-inspired wedding welcome boards. They’re the perfect way to set the tone for the day as soon as guests arrive, and couples love how they can be customised with magical forest backgrounds, gothic elegance, or even fantasy motifs like dragons and crests. They’re bold, personal, and instantly make a statement, the kind of detail guests remember long after the wedding.

What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?

One of the most innovative delivery methods I’ve seen, and use myself, is providing couples with beautifully designed digital artwork alongside or instead of printed products. This gives them the freedom to use their illustrations and stationery designs across their whole wedding journey: shared instantly with guests online, printed at home, or turned into keepsakes. It’s flexible, modern, and ensures their artwork has a life far beyond just one day.

How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?

For me, romance comes through in the details, the way a design captures a couple’s story and makes it feel personal and meaningful. Whether it’s through elegant typography, a subtle fantasy motif, or a bespoke illustration of the couple themselves, I weave in touches that reflect their love and journey together. It’s about creating stationery that feels timeless and emotional, while still carrying that bold, imaginative edge that makes it uniquely theirs.
