I am most proud to stand by my belief that you can have beautiful stationery that is eco-conscious too. There are so many unique options for materials when you consider what is sustainable, it allows you to create some beautiful unique pieces. I love to source recycled/recyclable materials where I can and encourage my clients to keep, reuse or recycle. I also love sourcing vegan/cruelty free arts tools to work with where I can do, inputting a conscious stream of sustainability and care into my work.

I am sure there are many good tips, but I would probably say keep a designated notebook (of course, who doesn't love a notebook!) with all your plans, lots of tabs and space to write your notes. If a spreadsheet is more your thing that's good too, it's just handy having everything in one place to refer back to and add, without lots of papers which inevitably will go missing. Oh, and if you book online, be sure to save all your confirmation receipts/invoices at the time you get them too! Otherwise, you'll be scrolling back for hours to check details.

Secondly, I would definitely recommend getting a Year to view calendar. This helps so much when planning your wedding, as you can see exactly how long you have to plan specific elements of your day, keep on track of RSVP deadlines and information that your venue (or stationer!) may ask you.

I love anything personalised, and so this has to be my answer. Your wedding day is about your love for each other, and I love it when I see couples include meaningful elements in their wedding stationery, decor and styling. I love creating wedding location table name cards, so the couple will have their loved ones seated at their favourite places all around the room. So unique and thoughtful!

I love to chat to my clients so we can get to know each other and see if we are a good fit to work together. I do this either via email, on the phone or zoom consultation. I love to make notes, and so I'll happily jot down many themes and ideas that a couple shares with me when we talk about the wedding vision. As a supplier, it's so much more than the service I provide, but it's making I understand how my couples want their wedding day to be like. Really structured or loose timings and quite relaxed, it's those things to consider too. Stationery is the first introduction wedding guest will receive, and actually, it's also the first physical item lots of couples will receive related to their wedding planning too.

After a good chat, I take away ideas and draw up a quote with detail added throughout. I'll share photo examples if necessary, talking about colours and themes present within the planning. Depending on a couple's timescale for their Wedding day, if they are happy to go ahead, we can begin the most exciting part. Watching ideas coming to life!

I feel that this is totally dependable on the individual factors of the day. Of course, invitations are very important for organisation and confirmation that guests can attend. For a destination wedding, Save the Dates are important too, as you don't want loved ones to miss out on the chance to be there with you if they need the extra notice. I do really believe though, with bespoke work, any and every piece can be just as important as each other. I've been lucky to create some gorgeous bespoke pieces like venue illustrations, and they are cherished and framed for many years after. That is just so wonderful to me!

My best seller has to be my wedding location table name signs, which I paint by hand based on a couple's favourite places. I do also love a hand painted portrait!

I really do believe in going to the best level I can for my couples. I also love adding special touches to parcels such as a calligraphy name, pretty (and practical packing tape) Thank you cards and delivery updates too.

I love to include special details and I'm so lucky to work on bespoke work that allows me to do that. I regularly add in little imagery that my clients ask me to, and often it's something very meaningful in their relationship. Whether that's a painted location, the colour of the scarf you wore when you said 'Yes to forever!' , or custom calligraphy wording like vows. Nothing is too detailed or unusual. That's what makes it special.
