Ask for samples & swatches from your supplier so you can go through your ideas and see the various options. A telephone consultation is also a great way to talk through your ideas.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
STEP 1: SAMPLES - You can either order a free sample or a £5 inspiration pack. We'll include samples of the designs of your choosing along with swatches & examples to match your colour scheme.
STEP 2: CONSULTATION - Once you've received your samples if you have any questions or if you'd like any further swatches or samples just let us know. We can also arrange a consultation either by telephone to discuss your ideas further.
STEP 3: PROOFING - Once you've decided on the design options, email over your wording and we'll create full colour PDF proofs for your approval. Once you've seen the proofs if you'd like any changes that's no problem, just let us know and we'll amend accordingly. We don't charge for PDF proofs or for making changes to the them.
STEP 4: APPROVAL & PRINT - Once you're 100% happy with the design you just need to make payment to confirm approval. We'll then have the printing plates engraved and go to print!
STEP 5: DELIVERY - Standard delivery is typically 15 working days from approval of the proofs. We also have a Rush Service (subject to availability), which has a lead-time of 7 working days from approval is £50 extra.
