I met Kate at a wedding fair in York having already seen her amazing work on Instagram. The designs and attention to detail is perfection. I loved how the RSVP on our invites was a postcard, something I would never think of having. Very reasonably priced and Lucy was amazing going back and forth with our proof, never making it seem a problem to do little tweaks. I would highly recommended Hearts and Twine as they have no pushy sales techniques they just cater to your needs. Love them’

Kate helped us through every step of our invitations and was very friendly to talk to over the phone and via emails nothing was ever a problem, they are so accommodating to your requirements and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. We are over the moon with our invitations and the quality of them is exceptional, you can tell the passion and thought that has gone in to making the designs so beautiful.

Katie and Lucy have been an exceptional partnership to work with on cards for our wedding venue and were always on hand with advice and support, sending mock invitations for us to view and samples for us to choose which made the whole process much easier. The choice of cards and their flexibility with wording, options etc were outstanding. The cards are of an exceptional quality and we have had lots of positive comments from guests about how beautiful they are. Highly recommended.
