At **Award Winning** Heart E Designs you can expect exceptional customer service, a fine eye for detail and an obsession to get your orders right for you. No 2 orders leaving HQ are ever the same and - just like you - they are completely unique. Everything I design is bespoke and because I am an artist as well as a graphic designer, if an order requires that little je ne sais quoi I am always happy to go back to the drawing board - literally! Regardless of your style preferences and requirements, everything I create is done with care, a high level of professionalism, a smile on my face and always with a cup of tea in my hand! My designs often take their roots from nature; I am inspired by the beauty in people, places, pets, fashion and objects in addition to the boundless enthusiasm of my customers. Products are designed in-house, then professionally manufactured and shipped swiftly to most UK addresses. Where possible, water-based inks are used in production and sustainable resources used in printing and packaging.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I love love love my job and dealing with my amazing customers but I can't pretend it isn't wonderful when I receive a glowing review, a magazine feature of my products or I am nominated for an industry award.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Take your time choosing your stationery - particularly your table stationery as it will be what ties everything together on the day itself.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A place setting for someone who has passed - it's always special to see 🫶🏻
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Some items can be purchased 'off the peg' and are personalised accordingly. Once the customer ok's the e-proof we join the print production queue and once ready, it will ship and the customer notified of tracking. For larger weddings where consultations apply, customers will see examples of my work and physical proofs may be appropriate to help them decide on next steps.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
Being a wedding stationer, I will say it's all important and often not give the time and consideration it deserves BUT for me it's the table plan/welcome signs.
What is your best seller?
Personalised guest books.
What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?
If it's a local order, I will personally deliver it to the customer. They love a personal delivery!
How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
There's so many ways this can be done - from featuring parent's wedding photos on a table plan to the groom sending one of our personalised cards to the bride before the ceremony.
