Modern, clean, stylish, creative, fun
That I get to be a small part of a couple's biggest adventure.
Talk to each other and compromise, your wedding day is shared experience and you should both feel like it belongs to you.
Place cards which were a photo of the bride and/or groom with the guest - so personal and a lovely keepsake.
For a customised collection I usually converse directly via email, and I'll ask you for all the adaptations you'd like to make to your chosen suite; colours, size, addition of metallic foil, letterpress printing, coloured envelopes, as well as all the information to include. I then produce digital proofs, and with a bit of back and forth tweaking words and layout we finales the design and send it off to the printers, the have it delivered to you.
For bespoke suites, we'll have a chat either face-to-face or by phone to get an idea of exactly what you want. I then usually make a mood board of images so that we have a set of shared reference material to work from. Step 1 is to sketch up a few designs; Step 2 is to select 2 or 3 which I will design the invitation for; Step 3 is to select a design and I will then make any changes, and apply it across all the elements you require. We'll also discuss printing methods, as well as any additional finishes you'd like to include. Ultimately, this will all to printed and delivered to you for you to send out.
The invitation, hands down. Not only is it really functional in that it gives your guests all the information they need to know, it sets the tone and personality of your big day.
Foliage in general, there is a big love for leaves at the moment!
I think the words actually do most of the romance. Whether super traditional or simple and stripped back, the right words do so much to convey the couples love for each other.
