At Finn & Wild, I create timeless, luxury wedding stationery designed to reflect you and your love story. From elegant invitations and save the dates to on-the-day details such as menus, place cards and signage, every piece is beautifully coordinated to bring your wedding vision to life.
All stationery is printed on high-quality 300GSM textured cardstock for a luxury feel, and each design can be tailored with optional extras including wax seals, vellum wraps, envelope liners and venue illustrations. Whether you’re drawn to modern minimalism, romantic florals or a bespoke illustration of your wedding venue, I’ll help you create stationery that perfectly sets the tone for your day.
I handle everything in-house, from design and printing to finishing touches like ribbon-tying and wax sealing, ensuring each order receives the care and attention it deserves.

I started Finn & Wild in 2020 and have since worked with hundreds of couples across the UK, helping them set the tone for their day through elegant, meaningful stationery. My goal is to make the process simple, enjoyable and stress-free, with beautiful results you’ll treasure forever.

How does the ordering process work?
Once you’ve chosen your favourite design from my website, you can place your order directly online, using code 'Bridebook10' to claim your 10% discount. After that, I’ll email you an information form to collect all your wedding details which I will use to design your first drafts. Your first drafts will be emailed to you as a PDF to liaise on changes or approval. You’ll have the opportunity to make any text changes (or unlimited changes for custom work) until it’s exactly as you’d like. Once you’ve signed off on your design, I’ll print, assemble, and carefully package your order ready for posting or free local collection.
You will receive two complimentary day invitations extra, one for your photographer to include in any 'details' shots, the other to treasure as a keepsake.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, absolutely! I offer free invitation samples (you just pay for postage). Samples are non-personalised, but they’re a great way to see the print quality, feel the textured cardstock, and get a true sense of how your stationery will look and feel. How long does it take to receive my stationery?
I usually quote up to 4 weeks from receiving your information form, although most orders are sent out much sooner. Custom designs or larger orders can take a little longer, depending on the level of detail and finishing touches (wax seals, ribbons, etc.).
My recommended timeline for working on stationery would be as follows:
Save the dates - Send 1 year + before your wedding
Invitations - Send 4-6 months before your wedding if you have sent save the dates, if not then send 6-9 months before your wedding.
On-the-day Stationery - We would need to begin working on this a minimum of 6 weeks before your wedding, with the aim of posting 4 weeks before.
If you need something sooner, please just ask - I can often accommodate quicker turnaround times depending on my schedule.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, I do! I take on a limited number of custom design bookings throughout the year. Please get in touch to [email protected] with your ideas and inspiration and I will be able to provide you with a quotation.
Can you match my stationery to my wedding theme or colour scheme?
Of course! Even if you’ve chosen a pre-designed suite, I can often adapt it slightly to fit your overall colour palette, or recommend envelope colours and wax seals that complement your theme beautifully.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No - there’s no minimum order quantity. Whether you need a full suite of invitations or just a handful of extras, I’m happy to help. If you’re unsure how many to order, remember you’ll only need one invitation per household, plus a couple of spares.
Do you print everything yourself?
Yes - almost everything! All stationery is printed, trimmed, and assembled by me in-house, ensuring everything meets my quality standards.
The only items I outsource are Foamex boards such as welcome signs and table plans, as these require specialist industrial printers. Keeping most of the work in-house means I can maintain affordable prices, take on smaller orders, and help out when couples realise they need a few extra invites last minute!
What if I need my stationery quickly?
Please get in touch! I can sometimes accommodate rush orders depending on my current workload. I’ve even turned around invitation orders within 24 hours before (although I don’t recommend leaving it that close!). I’ll always do my best to help if your wedding is fast approaching.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! I can ship anywhere in the world. If you’re based outside the UK, please contact me with your full delivery address, and I’ll provide a personalised shipping quote before you order.
