FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

Do you make everything to order?

Most things, yes. We have a showroom of premade pieces but all of our wedding rings and engagement rings are made from scratch. That way we can make it exactly as you want it. You can choose your stones, your metal, the shape and every other detail you can think of! We have loads of sample rings for you to try on to help you design the ring of your dreams!

Do I need to make an appointment?

If you would like to have something made, we would always recommend making an appointment to guarantee someone is available to speak with you. We allow 1 hour for an initial discussion and have three appointments times available Tuesday - Saturday.

If you have a quick question, or you don’t require a full consultation then you can pop in without an appointment, although due to the nature of our family run business, we cannot guarantee that we will not have other customers.

Can I use my old stones / metal?

Yes, you can. We can melt down your old metal, refine it and remake it in to something new for you. We can also reset your stones. Bring any old pieces with you to your consultation so we can discuss how to incorporate them in to your new design.

Do you charge for designing a bespoke piece?

We do not charge for an initial design consultation and will happily sketch options during our chat, as well as show you samples to help you visualise your new piece of jewellery.

If you require more formal drawings of your options or would like your final design to be rendered then we charge £100 for this service.

This fee is deductable from any commission proceeded over £1,000.

How long does it take to have something made?

Usually around 6 - 10 weeks, once you approve the design, so we recommend coming in for your initial consultation at 3 to 4 months before your deadline.

The design process timescale is usually dependent on you, but can take anything from a few days to several weeks. We will be able to discuss this with you during your consultation.

We will always try and accommodate deadlines as much a possible though. If you need something made urgently get in touch to see how we can help.
