Incredible service from start to finish. Emily has helped us with a design of our wedding rings and they turned out just perfect. Customer care kept us updated all the way through the creation process and when the rings were ready, pick up was quick and easy. We are so happy with our rings, they are just so special. I had a wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring with Taylor & Hart and their designer Eloise. From the initial face to face meet in London where I was taken through various ring styles, diamond attributes and allowed to ask every question that crossed my mind, Eloise was very patient, helpful and great at compiling a design brief to help craft the ring. All through the development and evolution of the design, I was kept updated with clear communication.

My experience with TH has been superb. Emily Jackson was my consultant and she was absolutely brilliant - insightful, a great listener and offered new ideas for the design of the ring. TH also offered a green diamond option, which was perfect for me, since my partner wanted an emerald, which was not possible to do lab grown and is more fragile. The final product was flawless.

I would definitely recommend anyone to use Taylor and Hart for their engagement ring. I decided to design a custom ring and was working with Emily as my designer, she was very friendly and every time we spoke it felt like she was trying to help me create my dream ring for my partner. She was always prompt to reply to emails and answer questions. The ring itself is absolutely stunning and arrived exactly on time with a few updates while it was being produced to add to my peace of mind.

We worked together for a number of weeks getting the design right and tinkering with it until we landed on the perfect one. She was even able to find a diamond for me that suited the environmental and ethical factors I wanted!

I had my fiancée's ring customised and the process with my designer was sublime! Nothing was too much and I was provided with renders at every step of the way.

I wanted something down the side and I wanted it to be a little bit three-dimensional so we started to play with these motifs that I knew Katharine would like. Leaves and designs and swirls, all based on a lot of her Pinterest board that is so uniquely just her. — Dan
