We don't make a charge for inquiries and quotations. We do expect to receive a deposit usually 50% once a design has been agreed upon and proceeded and expect payment in full before delivery. We hallmark all items we make (its a legal requirement) We take on average 15-21 working days to make, finish, hallmark and deliver. This does not include the design phase which can take 7-14 days. We can work from your ideas, sketches, drawings, and photos. We usually hand deliver, if that is not possible or practical we will use a signed for delivery usually Royal Mail. We make everything to order and do not keep stock of any of our designs and guarantee for 12months. We like to think we are friendly and approachable but you will only find out if you try. and we love questions and engagement on our designs. Simeon's jewellery is a family company (Father and Daughter) Rebecca is our designer using a CAD software system and can make changes and alterations within an hour or 2. just depends on the complexity. of the design.
