Andy and Helen are amazing, from helping my fiance design and make my engagement ring, to setting my Pearl into a lovely silver necklace, and most recently helping us design and make our wedding rings on a special experience day. The experience will stay with us forever. The knowledge they have is incredible and it really helped us make decisions for best ring choices for us.

Yvonne and I have just had our day of making our Rings with Andy at Lawley Fine Jewellers. What an amazing day and experience. He was a great teacher and very friendly, as was his partner Helen who came with an amazing lunch. We would 100% recommend doing this instead of buying a ring from a shop. I met Andy at a wedding fair and showed him a problem I had with some work carried out by another jeweller. We arranged to meet at his workshop and I decided to take along some unworn jewellery. Andy listened to my wishes and came up with a design that made use of all of my unwanted jewellery and recycled them into something 100 times better. I visited the workshop several times to review and refine the final details with him and I was delighted to be sent regular progress reports, photos and videos. Andy created a ring that exceeded my expectations and I plan to visit him again next year to come up with a design for the few stones that I have left over. Andy is friendly and professional and I cannot recommend him highly enough

We had an amazing day with Andy Saturday. Making your partners wedding ring is such a wonderfully personal touch. Andy was very welcoming and rustled up a lovely lunch - presented on a cake stand, more like afternoon tea! Making the rings - it was comforting to know he was there for direction and in case it did all go wrong, but he was pretty hands off with us. He just let us get on with it, all the while watching in case we were unsafe or doing something wrong. I can’t recommend this experience day enough. Such a reasonable price too. Thank you Andy!

Amazing experience making our wedding rings adds such a nice personal touch... Making our own wedding rings was something we wanted to do from the start. We met Andy at a show and he was so friendly and helpful on our first meeting that we knew we had found our jeweller. The day itself was amazing we made each others from start to finish with Andy being an excellent teacher but also making sure we did pretty much the whole process ourselves with his guidance.. would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of making their own rings

I went to see Andy to enquire about a mokume gane wedding ring after doing a fair bit of internet window shopping and having no real experience in jewellery, let alone hand made jewellery, and the service and the results have both been exceptional. When speaking to Andy, his passion and knowledge for his craft really shines through. He is not afraid to give his opinion or offer advice on what he thinks will work or not work, which I found very helpful, but also respects your requirements and will ultimately go along with your imagination so long as practically possible. His pricing is also clear, fair and reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Lawley design for anyone looking for something that extra bit special.

We have just spent an excellent day with Andy making our wedding rings. Andy and H have made their studio a lovely place to spend the day in great company. We both learnt a lot of new skills and can't wait to see our rings in a couple of weeks. p.s the lunch is delicious! thank you both so much 🙂

Amazing experience making a ring! My boyfriend absolutely loves it and wears it everyday. You can definitely tell they are professionals. Such nice people as well. Gave me a very memorable and lovely day. Would 100% recommend, no other jewellery business like theirs!
