Our experience with Je Taime was great from start to end. It was wonderful to be able to choose our wedding rings - something so personal - from the comfort of our own home. Prem was great, he explained every part of the process and every type of ring and precious metal. We were able to choose a pair of truly stunning rings, engraved with words that mean something to us and added that special touch to our wedding. We were always kept up to date on what was happening with our rings. Thank you so much for helping us with such a huge decision!

Fantastic service from Prem! We used Jetaime to order our wedding rings. The home consultation was great and being able to try so many different styles was fab! Prem was really professional and helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. They also re-sized my engagement ring and cleaned it up and it looked just like new again! They ensured my wedding band fit perfectly with my engagement ring and it really is a perfect fit!!! We would highly recommend Prem and the Jetaime team!

We used je t’aime diamonds for our wedding rings. We booked a home appointment for a consultant to come out to our home and talk us through things because me and my fiancé knew nothing about metals, designs and costing. We had Prem come out and he was so helpful, full of knowledge and guided us through the process. We went ahead and processed the order and Prem kept us up to date all throughout the process via text message and told us what stage our rings were at. Upon delivery, he delivered the rings along with a bunch of flowers and bottle of prosecco which we thought was a lovely unusual touch. He gave us advice on aftercare and we cannot thank you enough for the 5* star service. I also had my engagement ring cleaned, polished and resized and it come back looking like a completely different ring! Fabulous company and Prem is a credit to them. Would highly recommend! The most amazing experience from such an amazing company. After having to cut my partners engagement ring off due to her finger swelling and trying everything we could to remove it, we were heartbroken that something so important to us was now in two pieces. Our wedding rings had been hand delivered by Jetaime that day so we rang to get some advice, luckily our ring was picked up at the end of that week and taken away to be fixed. The ring that we received back today looks like the ring i brought straight out of the jewellers window, you would not be able to tell that anything had happened to it. It had been cleaned and rhodium plated aswell as having all the diamonds reset. We definitely will not be going anywhere else after such an amazing experience. Thank you again Jetaime!!

We cannot thank Je'taime Diamonds enough for our beautiful wedding rings! It was such a unique experience being able to choose our wedding rings from the comfort of our own home. There were so many rings to choose from and Prem was so helpful recommending which wedding ring matched best with my engagement ring. Originally we weren't planning on budgeting much for our wedding rings but we are so glad we ended up spending a little bit more to treat ourselves to rings that we will love for a lifetime and hopefully pass down the generations. I also had my engagement ring cleaned and the diamonds seem to sparkle even more now then when my fiance first popped the question! Overall our experience has been amazing from the initial meeting at a wedding Fayre to receiving regular updates as our rings were being made, to receiving our rings with a celebratory bottle of bubbly, flowers and a beautiful wooden box for our rings. We cannot thank you enough for making our ring buying journey a unique and memorable experience.

To anybody considering getting your jewellery from Jetaime, I can’t recommend them enough! We had no idea what we wanted but Prem came out to our home with a tremendous variety to choose from. I’m so indecisive but Prem was very helpful in helping us decide which rings were best suited for us. From the minute Prem left after our first visit till the moment we received our rings we had frequent updates all throughout the manufacturing process which made it more exciting, Prem couldn’t do enough for us. The finished rings are even better than we expected especially with the added touch of the personalised engraving, my diamonds sparkle at every angle and perfectly compliment my engagement ring. The quality is outstanding and we definitely got the best deal going. I’m so glad we made the choice of getting them from Jetaime.

We have had regular updates on each stage that our rings were at, what they were having done and an estimated time of arrival.
