Hello! I'm Heidi, a multi-award winning designer of bridal and special occasion accessories. All my accessories are handcrafted by me, in my Cheshire studio, using couture techniques and the finest materials. Designs feature Swarovski crystals, silver lined seed beads, freshwater pearls, and the sparkliest diamante. Most importantly, my accessories are designed with you in mind - someone who knows that the right accessory will take your look from ordinary to extraordinary... I add to my core designs every six months, all of which are available to browse on my website. I also offer 1-1 consultations for wed-to-bes looking for a bespoke piece for their wedding day. Your consultation will be free, and can be arranged to take place at my Cheshire studio, via FaceTime, Skype, or over the phone.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A brooch bouquet that my bride supplied a number of pieces for, including a Mickey Mouse badge her partner had bought her on a trip to Disneyland, and a (heart) Staffordshire University badge that reminded both of them of their Uni days together.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
For bespoke orders I usually arrange a consultation with the bride - this is sometimes via personal visit to my Cheshire studio, telephone conversation, or Skype call. Discuss any theme the bride has in mind, consider the detail on her dress, think about how she wants to wear her hair, find out if she'll be wearing a veil, discuss budget and wedding date, then in conjunction with my bride, agree some accessory design ideas. I then email my bride with an I overview of what we discussed and agreed, giving her chance to amend. Once the designs are agreed I invoice my bride for a 20% deposit, and start work on her accessory once a deposit is paid. I keep in contact with my bride throughout the design process, and if she can visit the studio, will do a final fitting.
