Engagement and wedding rings are worn on the fourth finger of the left hand because it was once thought that a vein in that finger led directly to the heart.
What is the most romantic engraving you have seen on a wedding ring?
'with you I am home' - this always give me goosebumps
Which ring do you think holds most significance for a bride?
White gold is the most popular for future brides to be but they are hard work as you have to always polish the finish maybe every year. My own preference, I would prefer Platinum finish as it doesn't tarnish, corrode, rust or change colour over the years, however, they do cost more as it weighs a lot.
What is your favourite proposal story?
Not knowing at all? The man going over and beyond by creating red petal decorations, leading as a walk way, candles scattered in each setting of the room he desires to propose. The girl blind folded on the entire journey (not having a clue what is going on and the mimic jokes you make with your then boyfriend to be fiancé. Red flowers, rings, chocolate, post cards, night sky night, on one knee, unfold blind fold and scream in tears: YES! in shock.
