Marquee wedding on a private estate in Leicestershire.
Lovely people, great team of suppliers and a marquee filled with beautiful flowers. It was hard work over the three days, but a pleasure to be part of.

With Your Planning Angel, it is the fact I have made the professional wedding planner affordable to all. Something that takes a lot of planning to make sure it is still a business and not an expensive hobby.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Take time for yourself both during the planning and on the day. It can get stressful if you are continually focusing on the wedding and taking some time to enjoy each others company. Why not have a date night once a month where the wedding cannot be mentioned.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Have a top table designed around you as a couple and standing out. Sometimes we focus on fitting in instead of what we really want.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
To keep costs down, for Your Planning Angel, most is done over the phone, email or Zoom (video call). However face-to-face is possible. I listen to your desires and needs, suggest what I feel is best suited, then support you throughout the contract. Having a modest budget shouldn't mean a lesser service.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
Living moss on the tables (not that odd) along with living worms (very unusual!).
