What is your most memorable wedding?
Andrew & Sophie’s Wedding – December 2018
Andrew and Sophie reached out to me 10 months before their wedding, needing help with all their suppliers since they were living abroad. From the very beginning, Sophie placed her trust in me, and it didn’t take long for me to understand her vision and the vibe she wanted for their special day.
We built a close working relationship that went beyond the usual planning. In fact, even on Christmas Day, we were exchanging messages about last-minute ideas! I met the couple face-to-face for the first time just four days before the wedding. Despite the distance, the planning process with Sophie and Andrew was such a joy—I loved getting to know them and their families.
By the time their big day arrived, my excitement to coordinate everything was off the charts, and let me tell you—the wedding was absolutely amazing! I shed more than a few happy tears that day, haha.
But what truly made this wedding so special wasn’t just how beautiful the event was—it was the relationship we built and the incredible trust Sophie and Andrew placed in me.

My Wedding Coordination Process:
The journey begins when couples reach out to me. We schedule a complimentary consultation call to discuss their needs, identify pain points, and understand their vision. Following the call, I provide a tailored proposal outlining options that best suit their requirements.
Once they’re happy with the proposal, we confirm the booking. Depending on where they are in their planning, we’ll schedule key meetings in advance. From there, the process is customised based on the specific services or package they’ve chosen.
