We work with the best suppliers in the West Country and are always excited to work closely with new people and venues. We have experience in both big and small weddings and are able to plan a wedding reception in the local hall or the largest manor house. We enjoy meeting all our couples and love to hear your stories of how you met, who proposed to who and how and we look forward to hearing your story soon.

In 2022, I had the most unforgettable hen do (and wedding!), all thanks to Sam from Wedding Regency, who orchestrated the perfect day out. The entire experience was kept a secret from me, with only my friends in on the elaborate plan, adding to the excitement and surprise.

Sam is both super fun and super organised

Sam is both super fun and super organised. I was the other side of the world to one of my best friends hendo but Sam was instrumental in making sure I was part of it. She included me for a video call at the perfect time, the photos and videos of the punting and picnic were brilliant too. It sounded like a breeze/no stress for the girls who had such a great time. Anyone will be highly pleased with her dedication and great ideas.

They are all special to me but a Moroccan themed wedding really stands out. They had a traditional Moroccan band and it was very special to watch them and hear them celebrate with the couple

Book a planner or coordinator. We are not just for the rich and famous, we are affordable and approachable and could save you money

Napkins with the couples dog on them. So cute

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We would meet either face to face or via zoom. We will discuss any aspects of the wedding, we will have regular contact throughout the planning and will keep to the couples budget in mind. I am always contactable via phone or text.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?

Secretly book and hide a well known singer from the bride! It was something special

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

I try not to tell my couples of any issues unless I absolutely have to.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing happy faces of the couples in love and their friends and families who love them
