Wedding Day Genie - Wedding Coordinator

We got married at the end of last year, and it felt like a dream! My husband and I did all the planning ourselves and were worried about on the day organising, but Sofia from Wedding Day Genie was a start. Very professional and organised, got to know our plan inside out and carried everything out amazingly!

As my wife and I were coming up to the big day we both started to really worry about how the day would come together. We didn’t have the budget for a wedding planner but wanted someone to help organise and deal with any problems with suppliers, guests or on the day mishaps. Rhea was able to make the day run seamlessly and stress free. Honestly we wouldn’t have been able to have the best day of our lives without them! Thanks Wedding Day Genie!

My sisters wedding was one of the best weddings I’ve ever been too and I know that my sister and her partner enjoyed it just as much as I did. Being maid of honour comes with a lot of responsibilities and it’s definitely even more stressful when the bride is your sister, but my sisters wonderful coordinator Rhea was able to make it completely stress free! She organised and managed everything to the very last detail and I would definitely recommend a Wedding Day Genie Coordinator to anyone.

You could save on wedding planners and liaise with suppliers yourself for your wedding, but you differently need a wedding day coordinator!!! Delighted with my choice and very happy that I’ve chosen wedding day genie, to handle my wedding day logistics. Sofia took care of every detail and made sure everything run as it should,. Comparing to my other friends that got married, my wedding day was an stress-free day! Would definitely recommend this service it is worthwhile!

our wedding was in May 2023, a bit of a short term notice to every supplier, but everyone got the job right including Sofia from Weddingdaygenie, we were a bit skeptical for the quick turn around with such a little price, but OMG what a decision we made - PERFECT!!!! Not a fan of reviews, but thought Sofia deserves one, big times!!!!, Straight forward, professional and very polite, has managed everyone and everything on the day, i as so relaxed and enjoyed my wedding from start to finish, Sofia was always there next to me, it felt that she read my mind, every time i looked for her and wanted to ask something, it was already done!!! honestly, so pleased i have chosen her service.

Oh my word what a weekend! Just finally coming slightly back down to earth. Thank you for absolutely everything! Betty was unreal, she made everything look perfect, so so professional and police. An asset to your team! The venue were a bit of a mare on the day so one bit of advise I will always pass on to friends for future … get a full day coordinator haha!

We hired Wedding Day Genie as on-the-day coordinators for our wedding and couldn't recommend them more highly. The wedding was in a field and was very DIY, with many different suppliers. With the help of Sofia and Betty, everything ran incredibly smoothly! They managed the waiting staff, managed all suppliers, and made sure everything went to plan. They are also both super personable, friendly and made us feel very safe in their capable hands - they were always one step ahead of what was needed.
