Victoria is professional, knowledgeable and unflappable and her attention to detail is amazing. We had the most magical wedding day for our daughter courtesy of Victoria. Nothing was too much trouble, especially as it was based at our house - what a day!. She is personable and works tirelessly to achieve the brief. She works alongside some incredible suppliers which ensures you get what you want and responds immediately to any texts or emails! Victoria takes all the stress out of planning a wedding and ensures on the day you can concentrate on enjoying the day and everything just falls into place. I highly recommend Victoria and I cannot praise her enough

Where do we even start when trying to put into words our gratitude for one person (two, if we include her mum as her assistant) who almost single-handedly delivered the most beautiful day of our lives? It’s fair to say that Victoria probably didn’t expect us to be the easiest of clients. Not because of impossible expectations, but because she often had to wait days for a reply — on a good day! — along with a few other challenges best left unmentioned. Yet throughout it all, she remained patient, kind, and unwavering in her dedication to creating the stunning vision she had for our wedding in North Yorkshire. Every preference, every thought, and every idea we had was considered and supported by Victoria. With her care and second-to-none expertise, we were fortunate enough to see all of her wonderful ideas come together into a day that exceeded anything we could have imagined. Victoria, words cannot express how thankful we are for you. My wife and I will forever remember the joy, beauty, and love you brought to our celebration. We are truly in your debt. We hired Tor as our wedding day coordinator and she did not disappoint! Without Tor I don’t think the wedding would’ve been as good as it was. She arranged everything for the day of the wedding for us and it really put me at ease and we were able to just enjoy our wedding day without all of the extra stress. Tor is so lovely and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding!

We took on a lot creating a DIY Village hall wedding and we couldn’t have done it without the help from Victoria. She really was amazing at taking control of all the suppliers and making sure the day ran smoothly. 100% would recommend her expertise for your wedding day/event.

We hired Victoria for on the day coordination for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! After our first meeting with Victoria 6 weeks before the wedding I was instantly glad our daughter had decided to hire her. Victoria knew exactly what she was doing and took charge of making sure everyone knew what they had to do and where they needed to be on the day of the wedding so that we as a family could just relax and enjoy the day without worrying if everything was running smoothly/on time. She was willing to do whatever it took to make sure the day ran perfectly, which it did .

Victoria was an excellent partner for us in planning our 3rd wedding celebration in Yorkshire, after the wedding itself in Australia and a party in Singapore. Most importantly, she found the perfect venue in York for our intimate event within a few days of agreeing to work with us. The local suppliers she found were all terrific and they (plus the hotel) loved working with her. Victoria was a quietly efficient organiser of everything on the day and contributed to the fun we all had.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Victoria for a wedding at our hotel in York. All communication was very friendly, yet efficient and thorough. Victoria was happy and chatty with members of our team, as well as wedding guests, and we very much look forward to working with her again in the future.
