A country and western themed wedding. The Groom's party all wore really swish cowboy getup; while the Bride's party all wore cowboy boots with their dresses. The flower girls looked adorable!
Anything goes, but I'm typically drawn towards elegant, rustic, chic, boho or Disney-themed wedding styles!
I design everything myself. My website, all of it's content and wording, my paperwork, logo etc...is all designed and created by me. I also design bespoke stationary which is very popular. I love design!
Breathe and communicate. Allow yourself the time to plan your special day (12 months+) and discuss everything calmly and openly.
A timeline of Polaroids. From the left hand side was the bride as a child, and from the right was the groom as a child. As it got towards the centre there were photos of how they met, adventures they'd been on and finally the current day in the middle! It was so lovely.
A phone conversation or coffee chat/glass of vino to discuss initial requirements starts off the process. I love getting to know people, especially when you get to hear all about how a couple met, their journey together and how he/she popped the question!! The package chosen determines how the process continues but, regardless, I keep all my couples fully updated with a Whatsapp group designated for exactly that, or regular phone/email updates if they don't have Whatsapp.
Constant communication. If a couple know you're on the case, it's such a weight off their mind. Before the big day they will receive a super detailed timeline of events which lets them know where I'll be and what should come next - they can rest assured that I will be organising the what comes next with the on-the-day vendors so that everything runs smoothly. I also carry a wedding day emergency kit - comes in super handy!
