A Wedding needs careful planning and, with experience over many years, I am just the right person to act as your Wedding Toastmaster and help you develop your ideas. It doesn’t matter what stage of the planning process you have reached, as I can help with finding a venue or sourcing anything you need for the day. I always recommend that we meet at your wedding breakfast venue so that we can discuss in detail your wedding day plans and ensure that nothing is forgotten. I will follow up the meeting with a detailed wedding day schedule, so that we both know exactly what is expected and nothing gets missed. Further meetings can be arranged, if required, and I will always be available by either phone or email to discuss an idea or help with a problem.
Every wedding is special and unique, but detailed below is a selection of the duties I can do for you
Before your wedding day:
o I will meet you at your wedding breakfast venue is essential to discuss your wedding plans in detail

On your wedding day:
o Be available throughout the day to deal with any problems or emergencies

o For Civil Ceremonies I will liaise with the Registrar and make announcements as required
o Assist the Photographer with assembling groups for photographs
o Liaise with the venue staff as necessary
o Organise the Receiving Line and introduce your guests
o Announce the Bride and Bridegroom’s entrance to the Wedding Breakfast and escort them to their seats
o Say Grace before the meal
o Announce the formal speeches and Toasts
o Ensure that bouquets and presents are available for presentation during the speeches
o Announce the Cutting of the cake
o Circulate your guest book and ensure
