The Wedding 'Day' Coordinators

Zeleka and her team were exceptional from start to finish! From the initial consultation, the planning process, to the ‘day of’ service, her and the team didn’t put a foot wrong! In fact, many guests commented after that Zeleka was the star of the show and she was the reason why all the details and choreographed moments really came together exceptionally. Zeleka was lovely to deal with, discrete when the moment called for but also very in control when necessary. Although she does this every weekend, she made us feel so special and cared for. We would fully recommend and use again for events in the future. We cannot thank The Wedding Coordinators enough!

It was a great pleasure to work with The Wedding Day Coordinators team, from the first intro call till the final wedding day. The team not only managed and coordinated suppliers but also suggested ideas and shared thoughts from their vast experience on how to improve things. Zelka and the team were instrumental in making our day magical! Our wedding day had a surprise summer rain storm, which would have been stressful had TWC team not stepped in and made on the spot decisions to move the drinks reception (and all the decor) indoors. Furthermore, TWC have great industry connections, and were able to recommend great suppliers and negotiate fantastic prices for our vendors. I could not praise them higher!

Zeleka and her team are truly the real deal! Sophia and Tiffany were the real superstars of our wedding coordination! Zeleka, Maria and the team made our wedding so special and easy from the minute we contacted them. They took care of everything throughout the day from decorating, organising suppliers and helping people out. We don't know how we would have managed without them - they even lent me a coat while we were waiting for our entrance and ended up getting more mentions in the speeches than anybody else!! ...Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. I can not put into words how much having you with us on our wedding day has meant. After organising every detail (or so I thought) you came along and helped me to get back in the seat of “bride” adding to our day in ways I never imagined possible…

My husband and I decided we would do venue hire and bring in all our own suppliers- how hard can it be we thought!!! Before meeting Zeleka we hadn’t even contemplated a wedding coordinator for our day, however after what I thought was going to be a ten-minute conversation that turned into an hour it was clear we needed Zeleka. From the first moment speaking to her, Zeleka, was friendly, helpful and informative at no point did I feel she was being pushy and making me feel like we had to book her. Her knowledge is amazing and her passion is second to none. After my initial phone call with Zeleka I had to convince my husband it was a good idea, at first he was sceptical but I arranged for Zeleka to come to our house and by the time she left he was in agreement we needed her. From the moment of booking Zeleka it was like having a close friend to lean on and made the whole wedding process so much less stressful. Her contacts are wonderful and I used all her recommendations, the suppliers couldn’t speak highly enough of her which I found an encouraging sign. Zeleka took over all the paperwork and insurance side of things - which when you do venue hire there is a lot of this. On the day it’s self Zeleka was an absolute godsend myself and my husband both agree the day would have been a disaster had it not been for Zeleka. If I could go back and do it again the only thing I would change would be booking Zeleka earlier in the planning process and having her organise the whole day for me. Zeleka was so easy to get on with, down to earth and so adaptable to her audience, we felt so eat ease and comfortable with her we actually wanted to invite her to the wedding as a guest.
