What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Skip wedding favours. They have to be hands down the biggest waste of wedding budget by the amount that we end up throwing in the bin due to guests leaving them behind. If you really want to do favours consider making them charitable so it helps a good cause or ensure you have them handed to guests as they leave your wedding day so you don't witness the wastage.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Gold foiled personal messages from the bride or groom to every individual guest based on a funny story or memory they shared with them.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once booked we onboard our couples to our planning platform and walked them through how everything works so they can continue planning their weddings without the overwhelm and uncertainty experienced by most couples. We then meet with our couples 45 days before their wedding day for a full wedding handover. After the handover is complete, we commence by introducing ourselves to all your wedding suppliers and silencing all wedding communication so that we are the only point of contact. This enables us to become fully emerged in your day and for our couples to comfortably sit back and relax into their roles as the Bridal couple.
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
professional logistical planning before your day not on your day. The most important work we do to ensure your day runs smoothly takes place before your day arrives. We create vendor-specific information packs outlining clearly their individual role so nothing is lost in translation.
What do you love most about your job?
Outline your priorities. Select your top 5 and don't compromise on the top three. This will allow you to stay on budget and eliminate the unimportant when making wedding planning decisions
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
The time after the ceremony when we whisk couples away for a moment alone before they are collected for the confetti shot
