Rik is absolutely amazing! A huge help during the planning process and didn't mind any 'stupid' questions he was always happy to share how things had worked in his experience and then on the day it was over to him. He dealt with all suppliers in the background and any problems were solved long before they reached me while ! was getting ready with my bridesmaids. His service was flawless throughout, there are no other words, if anything needed doing it was done in a heartbeat and took all worry and stress away from me and my mum. He took time to help us feel relaxed and the whole day was perfect - like a swan gliding over the water as its legs paddle furiously beneath the surface - Rik is the swans legs - amazing man, amazing service

Rik went above and beyond for my son Jamie and Abby’s wedding , nothing was too much trouble at all , everything he organised on the day was spot on , simply the best butler ever , huge complements from everyone all day for his expertise, caring and fun involvement throughout the day , always perfect timings , everyone loved the super friendly lovable butler , I cannot recommend Rik enough , you truly made the wedding the most special best day ever , thank you so much , you rock !

He was absolutely amazing from start to finish and that isn’t just on the day! He was at the other end of the phone whenever I needed him throughout the planning stages, he contacted ALL my suppliers and liaised with them on how to make the running of the day so smooth. We were pretty chilled and also had no idea how anything worked so he was definitely provided vital information and a bank of knowledge. He provided light hearted jokes throughout, was there to calm nerves and organise our guests

Having Richard there to help on our wedding day was such a blessing. We had a church wedding and it was lovely to have someone on hand who knew exactly what was going on and when it needed to happen. Teaching our guests the correct way to throw confetti! Richard ensured that everything flowed and guests were rounded up when needed. The link between toasts was also lovely. I knew that I had nothing to worry about with Richard on hand, which is just what I needed as I we had our 11 week old baby

Rik was an absolutely invaluable addition to our wedding day. He was my peace of mind. I could trust that things would run smoothly and that everything would be taken care of with him there. So I could just relax, be the bride and enjoy our wedding. The little attentions to detail from him were wonderful, the genuine smile he has because he cares about you having the best day and also because he loves his job, and his wealth of experience in working with all of the suppliers. All of these things helped to make our day one of the best days of our lives and we will always be grateful. He’s also a fabulous DJ too! Honestly I couldn’t recommend Rik enough.
