What is your most memorable wedding?
Gosh, that's too hard... it has to be Kelly and Blair. They got married in a marquee at their farm, the bride told everyone the wrong time for the ceremony, so the grooom was in major panic mode when I wasn't there (even though I arrived an hour early) and she didn't turn up for another hour anyway... but the wedding itself, oh what fun. They allowed me to go all in with humour and we laughed and laughed, and cried, and then laughed so more. I generally don't stay long after the ceremony, but I did this day, it was such fun to be a part of.

What about your business are you most proud of?

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Create a checklist and give each other tasks to do. Create an email address that you can both access that will be the main place for all the arrangements so nothing gets lost. Ask for help when you need it!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love a wedding when dogs are involved, at one the couple's dog loved to take his dad's slippers everywhere, so he brought the rings in the slippers. So cute.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When you first get in touch, I like to find out about the ideas you have for your ceremony. Your personalities are what make a ceremony memorable by adding in all the things that make you unique. We start by meeting, getting the details right, follow up by going through my Wedding Kit which gives you everything you need to know to plan your day, we meet again to discuss and I'll then write a truly bespoke ceremony for you, this take a little bit of time and lots of chat, then we get you married!
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
Ooh heading outdoors somewhere, a hike up a hill or a forgotten chapel in the woods - they always have their challenges (weather) but nothing that a brolly and boots can't solve!
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Get the details right, confirm and re-confirm and know that even if something doesn't quite go to plan, you are still there, with the people you love and that's what matters.
What do you love most about your job?
Spending time with people who are in love. Love truly does conquer all... it's also a HUGE privilege, I don't take it for granted.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
The declaration of becoming husband and wife/wife-wife/husband-husband/partners for life. It's such a glorious moment!
